WHAT THIS IS NOT MindRight is not therapy, not treatment, and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. If things are heavier than a five-minute session, the app has a Get Help screen with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and Crisis Text Line, reachable without an account, without watching anything, from anywhere in the app. PRIVACY Your streaks, badges, saved sessions and settings stay on your phone. We don't sell your data. We don't ask for your contacts, your microphone or your health data. The guides are synthetic voices, created with AI from scripts written by people. No session is recorded by a human narrator.
