Add them yourself or let it read your calendar; the next one stays pinned to the menu bar and sits on your desktop as a widget, while the rest wait their turn in the popover. For a meeting Await finds the link in the invite itself, so joining is one click from the row - or from the notification when it arrives. • Pin the one you want up front; Await counts it down in the menu bar and on the desktop widget, and recurring events roll forward on their own. • When it arrives, each countdown does what you asked - a calm full-screen celebration on every display, a notification, or nothing at all.
