A list you can actually finish.
The Slow App gives your day one simple focus: choose something that matters, do it, and let it be enough. Use it on your own or share a Home with someone you'd like to make everyday life a little easier with.
ONE THING FOR TODAY
Choose today's shared commitment. When it's done, you can stop there. Tomorrow starts fresh, with no unfinished tasks carried over from yesterday.
SMALL WINS COUNT
Did something else? Write it down afterward. A walk, a tidied kitchen, or the conversation you made time for. Build a record of what actually got done.
TOGETHER, AT YOUR OWN PACE
Invite someone to your Home and share today's focus, accomplishments, and history. Everyone in the Home can see when things change.
LOOK BACK
Browse past days and discover everything you've done, one small thing at a time.
A CALMER EVERYDAY
The Slow App has no growing to-do lists or tasks rolling over to tomorrow. Just one thing for today, with room for the rest of life.
Available in English, Swedish, and Spanish.
