DM Track Booth is the control room for a track meet.
Turn the iPhones you already own into a camera crew. Each phone joins as a camera; the booth switches between them like a broadcast — preview what's next, cut it to air, and put the program on the venue screen through an Apple TV.
TIME THE RACE
Arm the start, catch the gun, and mark finishes lane by lane. Camera phones at the line can detect crossings automatically, and photo-finish capture gives you a frame-accurate image to judge from.
SHOW THE FINISH
Every camera's video lands in the booth, synced by audio. Scrub all angles together, pick the moment, and send an instant replay to the screen while the runners are still catching their breath.
PUT IT ON SCREEN
Lower thirds, a live race clock, results boards, and your own keyed graphics composite over the picture. A rundown plays sponsor spots, bumpers, and music beds — with graphics and audio on their own tracks — so a break runs itself while you call the race.
RUN THE MEET
Build events, divisions, heats, and lane assignments. Seed athletes from your roster, announce the lineup, and advance heat to heat. Every race is archived with its video, times, and camera positions, and a folder browser organizes it any way you think — by meet, event, athlete, school, or grade.
AIM THE CAMERAS
Place cameras on a venue map, point them at a shared target, and drive DockKit gimbals from the booth with a joystick — or let them follow the race automatically.
Companion apps run on iPhone (camera and remote) and Apple TV (venue scoreboard).

Two Booths, one meet. Run a second Mac as a Desk alongside the main Booth. A Desk sees every panel and camera, and takes over a job — Timing, Roster, Broadcast, Cameras or PA — by asking for it. The main Booth keeps the final say and can take a job back at any time. If the main Booth disappears mid-meet, a Desk can step in and host.
Broadcast from a Desk. A Desk holding Broadcast can take cameras to program, cut, run replays, fire graphics and carts, and drive the playlist, all on the main Booth's engine, with its program monitor mirrored on the Desk.
Cameras from a Desk. A Desk holding Cameras steers gimbals and changes camera settings through the main Booth, and every camera's gimbal controls appear on the Desk just as they do on the main Booth.
Intercom. Talk to one camera operator or to all of them, page a phone with a ring and buzz, listen to any operator's mic in your ear, and put a phone on speakerphone from the booth. A volume slider and clear status make it obvious when a camera can hear you.
Better starts. A start-line phone can be the gun microphone: the booth's threshold, pitch band and learned start sounds run on the phone itself, and the race clock starts at the bang rather than when the news reaches the booth. Learn your starter's gun with three sample hits, then match on shape, pitch and attack. Pick the gun-listening device from the camera's settings or the Gun Listening header.
PA cues. Next up, Lineup and Ready announcements from Race Controls and the PA Script, a gun cue on Fire, and playlist rows that speak their own lines as they roll. Pull results, records, personal bests and schedule facts straight from the archive into an announcement.
Playlist. Each row is one item with a swappable picture, plus Voice, GFX and Sound tracks beside it. Rows with no picture show their graphics on black. The Add Item menu no longer flickers.
Quick Race. Open a heat without announcing or arming when you just want the lineup up, and a completed quick race no longer advances on its own.
Layouts that fit. Cart Wall gains a compact row layout and a header that folds for narrow columns. Live Meet uses a one-line title, wraps its buttons beside Advance, moves its footer hint into an info tooltip and gives the heat list the room. Each heat has a button that opens its lineup. Race Controls scrolls in short cells. The Feeds panel fills its cell, the Program monitor's graphics fold into a menu when space is tight, and the Audio Meter header folds too. Searching the Panels list for a job name such as roster or timing finds the matching panels.
Reliability. Devices keep their connection when the booth's network address changes, the booth advertises the address other devices can actually reach, and detector settings survive a relaunch. Built for the latest macOS SDK.
