Ask a question about anything in your home, from why the dishwasher is beeping to how to clean the stone counters, and get an answer drawn from the manuals and care guides for the exact products installed in your house, with the page it came from. If the answer is not in your home's documents, the app says so and points you to the right trade instead of guessing.
WHAT IS INSIDE Every manufacturer manual and care guide for your home, filed by section. A quick reference page: the products in your home, their models and serial numbers, and the emergency and service contacts your builder set up. Your warranty and the welcome letter from your builder. The printed binder, the same content on paper, plus a download of every document.
HOW SIGN-IN WORKS There is nothing to set up and no password. Your builder gives you access with your email address, and the app emails you a six-digit code each time you sign in.
YOUR HOME, YOUR BUILDER'S NAME The app carries your builder's name and colors, because it is part of what they hand over. Your documents stay yours to read and download.
