MEMBERS - YOUR STUDIO IN YOUR POCKET
Your studio runs on Pulse Studio, and this is how you use it. See the full timetable, check how many spots are left, and book a class in one tap. Cancel just as easily - the app warns you before you cross your studio's late-cancel window, so you never lose a credit by accident. If a class is full, join the waitlist: when someone drops out you get a push notification and a short window to claim the spot before it passes to the next member.
Everything else you'd otherwise message the studio about is in here too. Your package and remaining credits. Every invoice, payment and credit note on a running statement, with your studio's banking details when you need to EFT them. Voucher codes for events, redeemable in the app - including private classes that never appear on the public timetable. And any class you book can be added to your phone's calendar in a tap.
STUDIO OWNERS - RUN THE WHOLE STUDIO ON IT
Pulse Studio is a complete management platform for boutique fitness studios in South Africa - spin, yoga, pilates, bounce, functional fitness, martial arts, dance, swim schools and personal training. You manage the studio from the web portal; this app is the member app your members get, plus a front-desk view for you and your instructors.
BOOKINGS THAT RUN THEMSELVES
Members book and cancel their own classes. Full classes run a waitlist that offers the freed spot to the next person in line, on a timer, by push and email. Set your own booking window, cancellation window and late-cancel penalty. Repeat a class daily or weekly as a linked series and edit or cancel the whole series in one action.
MEMBERS, PACKAGES AND CREDITS
Membership packages with credits, unlimited options or once-off class packs. Package changes are pro-rated automatically. Digital waivers with e-signature and versioning, and you can require a signed waiver before anyone books.
BILLING IN RAND, WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET
Automatic monthly invoicing on your billing day, numbered invoices and credit notes, and member statements. Connect your own Payfast account and members pay you by card or instant EFT - the money goes to you, never through us. No Payfast account? Members see your banking details and pay you directly, and you record it. Cash and manual EFT capture included.
VOUCHERS AND PRIVATE CLASSES
Issue voucher codes for an event, a giveaway or a corporate booking - assigned to named people or as bearer codes. Mark a class voucher-only, and hide it from the public timetable entirely if it's private.
KNOW WHAT'S WORKING
Fill rates by class and instructor, revenue collected versus invoiced, attendance and no-shows, member growth and your busiest days. Capture leads from an embeddable schedule widget for your own website.

For members: see how long is left on your package and when it starts counting, and send proof of an EFT payment straight from the app.
Card payments now also work for studios using Paystack, Netcash or Yoco.
