TextLauren is an executive coach you text. Judgment-free, always available, and built to challenge you — not agree with you. Start with a 7-day free trial.
TextLauren is an executive coach you text.
Her name is Lauren. Text her the real thing — the conversation you're dreading, the decision you keep circling, the workload that's burning you out — and she coaches you through it in minutes. Judgment-free, always available, and built to challenge you.
WHY A COACH, NOT A CHATBOT
ChatGPT agrees with whatever you say and forgets you by tomorrow. Lauren is built on Lauren Baptiste's real coaching practice. She asks the question you're avoiding, pushes back when your framing is the problem, remembers your people and patterns, and follows up to see if you actually did the thing.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Take a two-minute quiz so Lauren knows your pattern.
2. Text her about work. She replies in minutes — in this app and in iMessage.
3. Memories and weekly goals live in the app, so the coaching compounds instead of starting over.
WHAT PEOPLE USE LAUREN FOR
• Hard conversations: feedback, pushback, the raise ask
• Decisions you keep second-guessing
• Burnout, overload, and boundaries that don't hold
• Leadership growth without a $500-an-hour invoice
WHAT THIS IS NOT
TextLauren is coaching, not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
