Hubnity is time tracking and workforce management for teams in the office, at home and in the field. FOR EMPLOYEES • Start and stop the work timer in one tap • Track time against projects and tasks • For field work, record your route and visits to assigned work sites while the timer runs • Optional work-site reminders to start the timer when you arrive (off by default) • See your timesheets, schedules and time off FOR EMPLOYERS • Create an organization and invite employees by email • Review worked hours, sessions and timesheets for the whole team • See field employees' routes and work-zone visits while their timer is running • Set up teams, projects, work zones, schedules and holidays • Reports, analytics and payroll-ready time data • Export timesheets PRIVACY Location is recorded only while the work timer is running, and tracking stops when the timer is stopped. Work-site reminders are optional and use location only after you turn them on. SUBSCRIPTION Organization owners subscribe inside the app. The price depends on team size, with plans for 1–2 up to 51–75 employees, and every plan includes the same features. Subscriptions renew monthly and are charged to your Apple Account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
