Teciforp is the construction-site management platform that building companies use to coordinate their people on site. This app is the worker's tool: the company that works with Teciforp sets up its team, and each person signs in with their company account.
It replaces paper work reports, phone calls to order materials and scattered messages: what happens on site is recorded in the company's system, from the phone and right where the work is.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Shift — clock in and out. Starting a shift takes a single location reading to confirm you are at the site; there is no continuous tracking.
• Work reports — dictate the report with your voice or type it. Attach progress and incident photos.
• Tasks — see what is assigned to you today and what is overdue, report progress and close it with a photo.
• Material orders — order from the catalogue or by voice, and follow the order through to delivery.
• Deliveries — confirm and sign for goods arriving at the site.
• Warehouse — see the tools, who has them, and request the ones you need.
• Chats — talk to your crew, the people on your site and your contacts. Text, photos and voice notes.
• My money — check your payslips and advances.
• My team — if you are a crew leader, see your people.
• Defects and My photos — log incidents and review what you have uploaded.
• Request access — ask to be added to the site you are standing on.
ACCESS
Teciforp has no public sign-up. You sign in with the account created for you by the construction company you work for: you receive an invitation, choose a password and sign in. If you work for more than one company using Teciforp, you choose which one at sign-in.
PRIVACY
Location is used at two specific moments and always at your request: when starting a shift and when looking up the site you are on. The camera, microphone and photos are used only when you attach something. There is no advertising, no tracking, and we do not share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

What's new in version 1.1.0
— Team tasks: the team leader hands out the site manager's tasks —one each or together as a single job— and creates tasks with a marked photo or a video of up to 5 minutes.
— When you finish, send the photo or video the task asks for. Videos upload in parts and keep going even if the network drops or you close the app.
— For jobs with a quantity, type how much you did today and fix your own entries of the day.
— A new chat, like WhatsApp: pinned, muted and archived chats, filters and search; reactions, swipe to reply, forward, star and edit; hold-to-record voice notes, photos, documents, location and order and task cards. Without coverage, messages wait and send themselves.
