Photograph a room. Ownio names what it sees, estimates what it is worth, and turns it into a dated PDF built for adjusters. No ads, no account, no tracking. Everyone is told to keep a home inventory. Almost nobody has one, because doing it by hand takes an afternoon you are never going to spend. Ownio takes a photograph instead. Point at a shelf, a room, a single item; Ownio names what it sees, estimates what it is worth, and files it under the room it came from. When you are done you have the thing your insurer asks for after a fire, a burglary or a flood: a dated, room-by-room record of what you owned, with photographs and values. WHAT YOU GET - Photograph and identify. One item, or a whole shelf in one burst of up to four frames. Ownio returns a name, a category, a condition and an estimated value. Every field is yours to correct. - Insurance-ready PDF. A dated report, room by room, with photographs, serial numbers and totals. Send it to yourself or straight to your insurer. - Coverage gap check. Enter the personal property limit from your policy and see, in one figure, what you would be paying out of pocket today. - Home worth card. A shareable summary that shows the exact total, a rounded range, or nothing at all. Your call. - Serial numbers and notes. The details an adjuster asks for and nobody remembers under stress. BUILT AROUND ONE PROMISE Your inventory and every photograph live in storage on your phone. When you identify an item, a compressed copy of that photograph is sent to be recognised, up to four at once in a burst, and is not kept afterwards. That is the whole of it. No ads, no account and no sign-in. Ownio counts which screens get used so it can be improved. That counting never includes an item, a value, a room or a photograph, and it carries no advertising identifier, so there is nothing to ask you to allow. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS Values are AI-assisted estimates prepared for documentation. They are not a certified appraisal, and Ownio says so on every screen that shows a figure and on every page of the report. Ownio does not sell insurance and does not give insurance or legal advice. It documents what you own so that you can prove it. The currency is yours, not your phone's. Pick the one your policy is written in and it stays that way. SUBSCRIPTION Ownio is an auto-renewing weekly subscription. It opens with a 3-day free trial that includes 4 photographs, and then includes 40 photographs a week for AI identification. The unit is a photograph, not a scan: a burst collects up to four frames and spends what it collects. The weekly allowance refills at the start of each subscription week and does not roll over. If you need more before then, a pack of 10 extra photographs can be bought in the app. Purchased photographs do not expire and are not cleared by the weekly refill. Browsing, editing and adding items by hand stay available either way. The PDF report, the coverage check and the worth card are part of the subscription. Cancel any time in Settings.
