For airport meet-and-greet teams: assignments, flight tracking, a digital name sign and handover records in one app.
Welcome Team is an operations app for ground teams providing airport meet-and-greet services. Assignments sent by transfer agencies arrive in a single list; the greeter picks up the job, follows the flight, meets the passenger and records the handover.
IN THE FIELD
• Job list — Incoming assignments are listed with passenger name, flight number and arrival time, and can be searched by passenger or flight.
• Flight tracking — Flight status is followed automatically. When a flight is delayed the greeter is notified, so nobody waits at arrivals for nothing.
• Digital name sign — The passenger's name turns into a large, readable greeting sign on the phone screen. No printing required.
• Handover record — Meeting the passenger, calling the driver and the vehicle plate are recorded step by step, with an optional photo as proof of handover.
• Activity history — Every step shows who performed it and when.
TEAM AND ACCOUNTING
• A team administrator adds members, assigns their roles and defines which airports the team serves.
• A price is set per airport, with the option of a custom price for a specific agency.
• When a handover is completed the accrual is created automatically. Period balances show what is owed by which agency.
WHO IT IS FOR
The app is for staff of ground teams providing meet-and-greet services and of the transfer agencies that send them work. It is not intended for travelling passengers; accounts are created by a team administrator.
PRIVACY
The app performs no location tracking and contains no advertising or analytics trackers. Proof-of-handover photos are stored in a private area accessible only to the team that owns the job. See our privacy policy for details.
