Spurando is the mileage logbook that stays on your device. Record trips by hand, via GPS or automatically – every trip is appended to a chained record, corrections stay visible, and the export for your tax audit is one tap away. Pay once, no subscription, no account.

RECORD
• By hand: date, mileage and – for business trips – destination, purpose and business partner; the last mileage is already filled in.
• Via GPS: start recording and drive. At the end, Spurando suggests the kilometres and the destination address.
• Automatically: start when your phone connects to the car (Bluetooth or CarPlay) or by motion detection. Detected trips are saved as drafts for you to complete.
PROOF
• Every trip carries a SHA-256 fingerprint and that of its predecessor. If an entry is altered afterwards, the app shows it, pinpointed to the trip.
• Corrections and cancellations are appended, never overwritten – with time and reason. The proof history shows every change, field by field.
• Seven days after recording, an entry is locked; from then on a correction requires a reason.
• RFC 3161 time anchoring: Spurando obtains a timestamp for the current state from an independent time-stamping service – as evidence of timeliness. Only a hash value leaves your device.
TIMELINESS AND MILEAGE
• Late entries are flagged, not blocked – from the 31st day with a required reason, visible in the export.
• A reminder before the 7-day deadline for missing details expires.
• Kilometre continuity per vehicle: gaps and overlaps stand out immediately.
• A reminder every 30 days to reconcile with the odometer.
EXPORT FOR THE TAX AUDIT
One tap, four files: a CSV for data handover (Z3), the record description, a PDF to present with process documentation and – if available – the latest timestamp token. Pick the period with a quick choice; each vehicle is reported as its own logbook.
VEHICLES AND RECEIPTS
• Several vehicles, each with its history; when a licence plate moves to a new car, Spurando guides you through the changeover.
• File receipts per vehicle: fuel, garage, tolls, parking and more – with photo, date and amount.
REDACTION FOR PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
Destination, purpose and business partner can be replaced by a placeholder in the export – with your reason. Date, mileage and trip type stay visible.

Spurando makes your record traceable and verifiable. Whether a logbook is recognised for tax purposes is decided by the competent authority in each case – no recognition is guaranteed.
Spurando is available in English and German. The auditor export deliberately stays German, as it is meant for the German tax authorities.
