Gooseneck is a precision brewing instrument for pour over coffee. One glance from standing height tells you exactly what to do: when to pour, how much, and when to stop.
THE BREW SCREEN
- A live waterline traces your whole brew: every pour, every rest, the drawdown.
- The moving playhead calls out the exact grams your scale should read, so you can course-correct mid-pour.
- Big, steady numerals built for a glance across the counter. No jitter, no jumping digits.
- Haptic cues mark every stage change, so you can watch the kettle instead of the phone.
- Pause and resume anytime. Kill the app mid-brew and it picks up where the water is.
- Live Activity keeps the current pour on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

YOUR OWN RECIPES
Build any pour structure: dose, ratio, temperature, grind, timed pours. Scale a recipe to any dose and the water math follows. Every target is a cumulative scale reading, the way you actually brew.
A JOURNAL THAT REMEMBERS
Every brew saves with its recipe, verdict, and tasting notes. Keep your coffees with a bag photo, origin, and process, and quiet suggestions connect what you changed to how it tasted.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your brews, recipes, and photos never leave your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking. Anonymous usage statistics are the only thing shared, and only so the app gets better.
Works with V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, Origami, flat-bed and cone drippers, or any pour over setup with a scale and a gooseneck kettle.
