REF: Dating Coach
Lifestyle
Free · In‑App Purchases
New: the REF Keyboard. Coaching and icebreakers right where you text, in any app. Start Elite with a 3-day free trial.
REF is an AI dating coach that helps you improve your conversations, your dating profile and your confidence.
Stuck on what to say? Need a better opener? Want honest feedback on how your profile comes across, or a place to practice without pressure? REF gives you personalized guidance so you get better at it yourself.
REF KEYBOARD
Use REF anywhere, instantly. Switch to the REF Keyboard in any messaging or dating app, tap Coaching to get suggestions from a screenshot of your conversation, or tap Icebreakers for an opener, then send it without leaving the chat. Typing works without Full Access; Coaching and Icebreakers in the keyboard need Full Access and an Elite plan.
REAL-TIME COACHING
Not sure what to say next? Share the conversation and REF reads what is going on, then gives you three confident lines to choose from, each with a short reason why.
ICEBREAKERS
Witty, memorable openers that help your first message stand out. Copy one with a tap.
PRACTICE
Train with realistic scenarios, write your own replies and get scored feedback. Earn XP, level up and build streaks as your skills grow.
PROFILE REVIEW
Get AI feedback on your dating profile's presentation and photography: photo selection, composition, variety and clear ways to improve. REF does not rate physical attractiveness.
REF is not here to talk for you. It helps you communicate better and feel more confident doing it yourself.
