• Mute 1 hour now opens a complete category chooser with category colors immediately. • Prompt notes start fresh for each new block. When you mute and choose a category, the note is saved on newly filled time gaps. • Improved saved sign-in recovery on Mac, with a Repair sign-in action that keeps local entries and pending changes. • Unconfirmed accounts can request a new confirmation email directly from sign-in.

• Add or edit notes on your time entries to remember what you worked on. • Click a block in your week view to see its details and change its category. • Forgot to record some time? Use “Missed a stretch?” right from your day view, including days in the past. • Pause reminders with “Mute 1 hour” and resume them whenever you’re ready. Your pause stays in sync with your iPhone or iPad. • Get better help with reminder issues by choosing Send Support Diagnostics. Your time entries and notes stay private. • Start a personal study today or choose a future start date, with a study length of 7, 14, or 30 days. • See when a new version is available and open the Mac App Store directly from TimeBlocks. • Switch accounts during setup with “Sign out and use a different account.”

Start a free personal study right in TimeBlocks, or join a team study when your organization invites you. Your team organizer covers your place, so there is nothing for participants to buy in the app. Your workday can now include separate blocks of time, with breaks in between. We’ve also made getting started clearer, improved missed-time capture, and strengthened syncing between Mac and iPhone.

TimeBlocks prompts now remain visible when you switch to another app, making it easier to capture what you’re working on without losing the prompt. This update also improves missed-time entry with precise 15-minute choices, adds direct links to the iPhone app during setup, and lets you rate TimeBlocks from Settings. Additional reliability and usability improvements are included throughout.
