Somna calculates a sleep goal that's actually yours, not a generic 8 hours. Answer a few questions about your age, and Somna uses the National Sleep Foundation's clinical guidelines to set a target built for you.
WAKE MISSIONS
Snap a photo of an object across the room during setup. At alarm time, Somna's camera won't stop ringing until you match it live. No more silencing your alarm half asleep and drifting back off.
REAL SLEEP DATA
If you wear an Apple Watch to bed, or use iPhone's own Sleep Tracking, Somna reads that real stage data through Apple Health. No Watch? Somna estimates instead, and always tells you which one you're looking at.
19 AMBIENT SOUNDS
Rain, ocean waves, white noise, a crackling campfire, and a soft piano lullaby, all generated live on your device. Nothing to download, nothing to stream.
SLEEP COACH
Ask how last night went, or how your week's looking. Somna answers from the sleep data already on your phone. No account, nothing sent anywhere.
