• The ladder opens up: every age now starts with Easy and Normal side by side. Beat Normal to open Hard, beat Hard to open the next age — Extreme and Ultra Extreme are each age's own climb, no longer between you and the next era. • The victory card now headlines where Next Level takes you and lists everything else that just opened. • Friend requests find you anywhere in the menus: Accept, Decline or Later right on the toast — and requests waiting when you sign in are offered at once.

• Daily battle streak tracker: your streak now lives on the Home screen and in your Profile — a flame with the count, one pip for each day of the last week, your best run ever, and a countdown to midnight while today's battle is still open. • Streak days follow your own clock, not UTC — a late-night battle counts for the day you played it. • A 7 pm reminder on days you haven't fought yet, with its own switch under Notifications in Profile.

• Jump straight in: the first launch asks Play or Sign In; the account offer waits until after your first battle. • Castles now crack, shudder and crash into rubble when they fall. • Siege Gauntlet commanders guard their gate, dig in as the clock runs down and never die rich. • Horde Survival in the Hero Era counts its waves in champions. • Best Times: every row has a Play button. • Gauntlet/Horde runs may show an ad every few levels, with the fight paused.

• A new cinematic opening: the seven ages ride past on cards, then the title lands with a hit. Tap to skip it any time. • Smoother start-up: unit art now loads in the background, so the opening never stutters.

Every account starts at the Medieval Age on Easy; beat a difficulty to unlock the next, and beat Ultra Extreme to open the next era — through all seven ages. Your progress is saved to your account and follows you to any device. • Win a battle and the next challenge is one tap away: the result screen shows what you unlocked and a Next Level button that starts it. • Playing as a guest? After each battle, Battle Tower offers to save your progress: a free account keeps your battle name, your best times and your place on the global leaderboard — and the battles you've already won count toward the ladder the moment you sign up. See your fastest clear of each era at each difficulty, then race the global boards for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days and all time. Rolling boards open once more than ten players have raced them. The battle clock turns gold while you're ahead of your own record. • NEW: one warhead per side, per match. It wipes every unit off the field — yours included — and leaves both castles standing. Tap twice to launch. • Big fights no longer bog down. Drawing every soldier and choosing every target were rebuilt, so a full-field push stays fluid on a phone, and the slowdown that crept in over a long match is gone. New troops, reworked legends, and the Scorpion rolls onto the field. • The Javelineer retires. In his place: the Scorpion, a crew-served bolt-thrower whose bolts deal double damage to knights, trolls, dragons and other big game. Its Modern heir is the Rail Cannon, its Advanced heir the hover Plasma Battery. • Pan joins the Age of Olympus as its set pike: his panpipes send nearby enemy infantry running in panic. • The Kraken is now a true legendary beast: tougher, harder-hitting, with a faster fed tide and a longer grab. A fully fed strike freezes the fight for a beat. • Athena hurls her spear at ground prey on the approach. Hercules' club sends bodies flying, and the Nemean hide halves arrow damage. • Cloaked units can be found: the ironclad, dreadnought and specter now detect a shroud inside their sensor ring, so the whole team can shoot it. • Kiting troops now fall back to the front of your castle instead of vanishing inside the wall. • Each age's card row now runs cheapest to priciest, so the price ramp reads at a glance. • Improved connection handling with the battle server, plus stability and performance fixes.
