Import from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and any recipe website. Tableful reads the recipe from the page, caption, or video description and turns it into ingredients and step-by-step instructions you can make your own.
Plan meals without starting from scratch. Put recipes into your week, move dinner to another night, and turn your plan into one grocery list grouped by aisle. Tell Tableful what you already have, and it leaves pantry items off
the list.
When it's time to cook, Tableful keeps the next step large and clear, reads it aloud, recognizes timers in recipe instructions, and keeps your place on the Lock Screen.

Planning, groceries, nutrition and cooking mode are free and unlimited. The AI features, which are imports, drafting, adaptations and smart collections, run on a monthly allowance that is free to use.
Tableful Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that raises that allowance. It starts with a 7-day free trial and renews until you cancel. A one-time top-up of AI uses is available instead if you would rather not subscribe.
