Spend it on the Grinder, the Espresso Machine and the rest of your bar, then trade up: Sidewalk Cart, Corner Kiosk, Neighbourhood Cafe, Third-Wave Bar, Roastery and beyond. Each tier changes what a cup is worth, never what a tap costs.
Your cafe keeps earning while you are away, so there is always something waiting when you come back.
Short sessions are the point: a few minutes of tapping moves you a whole upgrade, and the shop runs itself in between.
