Recl: AI Video Summarizer

Second brain: save & remember

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Share a YouTube video, reel or article to Recl and get the key ideas. Recl brings them back the next day, then at longer gaps, so what you save sticks. Recl turns the videos, reels and articles you save into ideas you come back to and remember. Tap Share in YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit or Safari and choose Recl. Recl opens, saves it to your library and pulls out the key ideas for you. Summaries open with a one-line takeaway and key points, and YouTube videos also get chapter timestamps and three summary depths: Short, Concise and Elaborate. Then Recl brings it back. The key ideas come back for a quick review the next day, then after longer and longer gaps (1, 3, 7, 14, 30 and 60 days), so good ideas don't disappear into a bookmarks folder. Recall nudges remind you, and one tap on "Mark reviewed" moves the save one step along. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Save from any app with the Share button • With Recl Pro, send a reel or post to @reco.save in your Instagram DMs to save it • Read AI summaries of the videos, posts and articles you save • Ask your library a question and get an answer from your own saves, with sources • Review key ideas on a spaced repetition schedule • Get recall nudges so good ideas don't slip away • Scroll a feed made from your saves • Find your saves sorted into topics automatically • Add highlights and notes, and organize saves into folders • Explore your saves as a 3D knowledge map • Save from your computer with the Recl browser extension PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Only you can see your library unless you choose to share something. We never sell your personal data, and we don't use your saves for advertising. You can delete any save, or your whole account, from Settings. Summaries and answers to your questions are created on Recl's servers with third-party AI models, and we don't use your saves to train AI models. RECL PRO Recl is free to download. Recl Pro unlocks every feature, with generous monthly usage that refreshes automatically. Choose a monthly or a yearly subscription; the price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Recl is available in 20 languages. Privacy Policy: https://www.recl.app/privacy Terms of Use: https://www.recl.app/terms

Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

• If Sign in with Apple can't finish, you now see why instead of the sheet just closing. • The onboarding chart now matches the real review schedule (1, 3, 7, 14, 30 and 60 days). • Small wording fixes.
