Health advice has a short half-life. You leave the appointment clear on what to do, and a week later the details have blurred into everything else going on.
Nura keeps the thread going. Tell it what happened — by voice or by typing — and it turns the follow-up into a Care plan: the steps, the timing, and a check-in that arrives when you actually need it.
WHAT NURA DOES
• Care plans — turns "take these twice a day and come back in three weeks" into something you can actually follow.
• Check-ins — a gentle nudge at the right moment, in the app or on WhatsApp, instead of a wall of reminders.
• Chat — talk through what's going on and have it captured, without re-explaining yourself every time.

• Your context, kept — medications, conditions and contacts stay somewhere you can see and edit them.
BUILT AROUND YOUR CONTROL
You choose what Nura remembers. Anything you share can be reviewed, edited or deleted from Memory & privacy, and check-ins can be paused or rescheduled whenever life gets busy.

NURA PLUS SUBSCRIPTION
Nura Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription: US$9.99 per month after a 14-day free trial (price may vary by region and is shown in the app before you subscribe). Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends or at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
