Sphere Flow Pocket turns your iPhone into a 3D panning controller for immersive audio.
Hold the glowing sphere on screen and move your iPhone through the air — the audio object in your DAW follows in real time, at full floating-point resolution. Let go and it stays. Reach a wall and you feel it click in your hand. No MIDI mapping, no mouse. Just move.
HOW IT WORKS
Sphere Flow Pocket connects over your local Wi-Fi network to the free companion AAX plug-ins for Avid Pro Tools. Insert SphereReceiver on a mono or stereo track — or SphereConstellation on a 5.1, 7.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.4 or 9.1.6 stem — and your motion is rendered in real time while every move is recorded as plug-in automation. Plug-in instances on your network are discovered automatically and appear in a one-tap menu. Communication is built on the open ADM-OSC standard.

A CONTROLLER, NOT A SCREEN
Pocket is designed to be used blind. Keep your eyes on your DAW: the iPhone in your hand is the controller, and haptics tell you what you cannot see — a tap when you grab, a knock when you hit a wall, a faint rumble as you slide along it, a click when the sphere snaps into place. Position is relative: every time you hold the sphere, the motion starts from where it is now, so you never have to reach across the room.

• Physics — Throw with a swipe (the sphere flies the way you were moving), Gravity, Bounce. Every bounce is felt in your hand and recorded as automation
