HONG KONG MAHJONG RULES The full Hong Kong game, not a tile matching puzzle. Chow, pung and kong, flowers and seasons, kongs with a replacement draw, robbing the kong, seven pairs and thirteen orphans. Hands are scored in faan, the way they are at a real table. RANKS AND LEADERBOARDS Every online mahjong hand counts toward your rank. Start as an Apprentice, work your way up to Grandmaster, and race everyone on the weekly leaderboard. SALONS Start in the Bamboo room, where any winning hand pays. Move up to bigger tables with higher stakes and real faan minimums. One big hand can never wipe you out: the classic house limit caps every loss. NEW TO MAHJONG? The tutorial deals you a real hand and walks you through it, tile by tile. Most people finish in about five minutes. If you play rummy or okey, you already know half of it. PLAY WITH FRIENDS Make a private mahjong room and share the code. Friend games are free: no stakes, no rank changes. CLEAR SCORING After every win you see which patterns scored and what they paid, faan by faan. You also get free chips every day, so you can always keep playing. Play offline against bots when you have no connection. Available in English and Turkish. Chips are game currency only: they have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out. There is no real-money gambling.
