Fixed a "win" that arrived the moment a match was found. An opponent who leaves before sitting down no longer counts as a game — you go straight back to the queue. Fixed friend rematches never connecting after a game. The matching screen now lists every way a game ends: capture the king, reach the far row with your king and survive a turn, or outlast the opponent's clock. The same position three times is a draw.

Online play got a pass. Sides are drawn fresh for every rematch, so nobody can farm the winning chair. Each player now has three minutes instead of two, and the queue screen says so — a lot of people were flagging without knowing there was a clock. When no human is free you still start against the AI, but the game says so now, keeps hunting, and hands the board to the first real opponent who turns up. Rankings list only players with an online record. And you name yourself on first launch instead of being assigned one.
