Berth brings SFTP file transfer, a full terminal, and a serial (UART) console together in one window — so you stop hopping between apps to work on a server. • One window, three tools. Files on the left, terminal below, serial console alongside. cd in the terminal and the remote file panel follows to the same folder. • A real terminal. vim, tmux, and less run just as they do anywhere. Drag to select, ⌘C to copy — a copied command pastes cleanly. • Serial console (UART). Connect to dev boards over a USB-serial adapter. Set baud, flow control, and parity; devices are remembered by serial number. • Keyboard-first. Adding servers, connecting, transfers, switching sessions, search — every action has a shortcut. Your hands never leave the keyboard. • Uses your ~/.ssh/config as-is — aliases, ProxyJump, key files. If you already connect with ssh, there's nothing new to set up. • Safe by design. Caution tiers (Development / Staging / Production) with a copy-before-overwrite and a remote trash. Host-key changes are explained, not silently accepted. • No tracking. There is no analytics of any kind in the app. macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later · Apple Silicon and Intel.
