Recovery now shows what Apple Health recorded today: active energy, steps, last night's sleep and resting heart rate, and what each does to your budget. If you switch it on, workouts from Apple Health raise your budget too. A run recorded by two apps counts once, and if you also logged it yourself, Metron asks whether it is the same session. The Cycle calendar can record the day a period ended, so each period is drawn at its real length, and after two logged ends Metron measures your usual length. Your height can now be changed from You, for anyone who has grown or mistyped it.

Meet Bubo, a small owl who lives under your meals on Today, and now has a line on the Diary, the Cycle tab, the scan and You, saying what each page is for.
