Importing a photo or video that lives in iCloud now shows you the download as it happens, with a progress ring and a way to cancel, instead of leaving you looking at a still screen. Luter now opens with a short introduction so you can see what it does before you decide anything. You can also rate Luter from inside the app now, which genuinely helps a new app like this one.

28 new presets, and more of them are free. The library is now 65 presets across Film, Warm, Cool, Cinematic, Faded and Mono, with at least two free looks in every category. New film stocks include Gold Roll, Portra Skin, Everyday Roll, Chrome Slide and Superia. The panel now fades while you drag a slider or a color wheel, so you can actually see the photo you are grading. The Color panel is reorganized to keep more of the image on screen. Fixed: some photos opened brighter than they looked in Photos. Fixed: video with sound played silently when the ring/silent switch was on. Fixed: sliders now settle at zero, and grabbing one no longer jumps the value.
