WHAT IT DOES
Enter your rate card once — flat charges, per-unit rates, and percentage charges like fuel surcharge. Record what actually shipped. Enter the invoice. The audit compares every invoiced line against what the contract produces and tells you where the two disagree.
EVERY FINDING SHOWS ITS WORK
No finding is just "this looks wrong". Each one shows the contracted amount, the invoiced amount, the difference, and the reason — plus the rate card rule and the shipment record it came from. That is what a carrier needs before they will issue a credit.
