Daisy - Local AI Meeting Notes
Offline, private transcription
Free · In‑App Purchases
The fully offline AI notetaker: meetings and voice notes recorded, transcribed and summarized on your iPhone. Recordings never leave the device. Free for 30 days.
PRIVACY AND CONTROL, FULLY ON-DEVICE: TRANSCRIPTION, SUMMARIES, SEARCH AND Q&A
Daisy records meetings and voice notes, transcribes them, tells the speakers apart and writes the summary — on your iPhone or iPad. Audio, transcripts and voiceprints stay on the device. No vendor or 3rd party that receives your recordings unless you choose to.
Planning a trip with friends? A conversation that could become a podcast episode? Customer discussing their needs? Record it once and use it for anything you need.
And sometimes your name came up in a meeting, but you really needed to buy those shoes online right at that moment... You know who you are.
Daisy is free for 30 days. After that, a subscription is required for new recordings. Everything you already recorded stays available.
Languages supported: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean.
PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
• Recording, live captions, transcription with on-device speech models, speaker identification and summaries that run on your iPhone or iPad
• Works in airplane mode.
• Built for confidential work: interviews, client calls and notes governed by HIPAA, legal privilege or an NDA stay on this device
SUMMARIES, YOUR WAY
Choose between Gemma 4 by Google, an open-weight model or Apple Intelligence on-device. Settings can point Daisy at 3rd-party AI providers with your own API key, or at LM Studio or Ollama running on your own computer. The transcript text goes to the provider you chose, and only then.
ASK YOUR OWN MEETINGS
Ask a question and Daisy answers from your own recordings, citing the moments it drew on. Search runs on the device across everything you have recorded.
VOICES
Enrol your own voice once and Daisy names you across meetings. Name the other speakers after a meeting and the transcript follows.
NOTES AS YOU TALK
Anything you note stays with the recording.
FROM YOUR WRIST
The phone records; Apple Watch shows the timer and carries the controls.
YOUR DAY, READY TO RECORD
Integrate to your calendars so that you can one-tap start recordings, titled and tagged.
iPHONE, iPAD, MAC
Record on the phone, finish at the desk. Daisy syncs with the Mac app over your own network, device to device.
BUILT FOR THE ROOM
Daisy was tuned on real meetings: several people around a table, one phone in the middle. It works as well for a voice memo dictated on a walk.
RECORDING OTHER PEOPLE
Recording-consent laws vary by place. Before the first recording Daisy asks you to acknowledge that you will get the consent the law and your participants require.
