On iPad, keep the page and Scratchpad side by side. ASK QUESTIONS WITH OPTIONAL AI Connect a supported AI provider using your own API key to ask questions about your reading. Vellum asks for permission before sharing document content. You can read, annotate, and take notes without an AI account. BRING YOUR SAVED ARTICLES Optionally connect Readwise Reader or Raindrop.io to access your reading list. These services require their own accounts. Vellum is free to download and use, with no Vellum subscriptions or in-app purchases. Optional AI and reading services have their own eligibility requirements, availability, and fees.
