Cats vs Dogs: Logic Puzzle

Tents & Trees with Cute Pets

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Tents and trees, but the tents are cats and the trees have opinions. Hand-built grids, one solution each, always reachable by logic. Plays offline. Two species that will never agree. One grid. One solution. Every rival on the board is waiting for exactly one of your pets to sit beside it. The numbers along the edges tell you how many pets belong in each row and each column. There is exactly one arrangement that satisfies all of them, and you can always reason your way there. No guessing. No luck. No dead ends. HOW TO PLAY • Tap a tile to cycle it: empty, grass, your pet, empty again. • Every rival needs exactly one of your pets directly beside it — up, down, left or right. Never diagonally. • Your own pets can never touch each other, not even at the corners. • The number beside each row and column is how many of your pets belong in it. Green means solved. Red means you have gone over. • Trees block tiles. Plan around them. PICK A SIDE Team Cat or Team Dog. Choose once and the board flips around you: play as the cats and the dogs become the ones you place your pets beside. Switch sides from the main menu whenever you like and replay every level from the other point of view. WHY IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE • Pure deduction. Every grid has one unique solution, and a solver checks it before it ships. • Hand-built levels. No random generators. Every puzzle is authored, tested and beatable. • Plays offline. Trains, planes, waiting rooms, dead zones. • No ads in the middle of a puzzle. No timers. No lives. No streak to protect. Put it down halfway and come back next week — your board is where you left it. • Light and dark themes, easy on the eyes at any hour. • Learn it in thirty seconds. Five-step tutorial, then you are solving. • Earn paw prints for every level you clear and spend them on the harder packs. • Colourblind-friendly: every colour cue is paired with a shape or a number. If you have ever filled a tents and trees grid, or lost an evening to picross, sudoku or kakuro, this will feel familiar in one level and different by the third. GOOD FOR Five minutes in a queue. Winding down before bed. Keeping your brain awake on a commute. Anyone who wants a calm puzzle that respects them enough not to nag. The cats are convinced they can sort it all out themselves. The dogs disagree. Your job is to find the one arrangement where everyone ends up exactly where they belong. One move at a time, the messy board turns into a puzzle with a single satisfying solution.
