Find what actually triggers you, not what a generic list says. Every finding now names both rates: how often it happened with the food and without it. Bloating is rarely just one thing. Minthe helps you find what actually drives yours: the foods, the timing and the everyday stuff like stress, sleep and your cycle, without the guilt, streaks or calorie-counting of a diet app. HOW IT WORKS • Log meals fast. Snap a photo, scan a packaged label, or type a dish. Minthe breaks it into the likely culprits and catches hidden triggers (inulin, onion powder, sorbitol, gums, emulsifiers). • Log how you feel: bloating, gas, pain, reflux, stool (Bristol) and more, in a few taps. • Add the context that matters: stress, sleep, mood, water, alcohol and cycle phase. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Honest pattern-finding. Minthe uses proper statistics (personal base rates, effect sizes, confidence) and tells you when there genuinely isn't enough data yet, instead of confident guesses. • Gut-brain and hormone aware. It can surface high-stress or poor-sleep days and cycle-linked patterns as drivers, not just food. • Test it, don't guess. Run a guided food test (with and without) to check whether a suspected trigger, or a soothing food, really makes a difference for you. • Hidden-ingredient label scanning, so a "natural flavours" label doesn't hide what sets you off. MACROS, IF YOU WANT THEM Minthe leads with gut health. If you also want to see protein, carbs and fat, you can switch on a food and macros view in Settings. It can write to Apple Health alongside energy. It stays optional and secondary. Nothing you log is ever deleted by switching between the two. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your logs live on your device and sync only to your own private iCloud. We don't sell your data, show ads, or build ad profiles. The only thing that leaves your device is an optional AI photo scan. IMPORTANT Minthe is a wellness and self-tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. It isn't a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have red-flag symptoms, see a clinician. SUBSCRIPTION Minthe Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or annually, with an Elite tier available annually. The core logging is free to use without it. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage your subscription, or turn auto-renew off, in your App Store account settings after purchase. Current prices, including any free trial, are shown in the app before you buy. Logging is faster. Revamped setup. Your saved meals and the foods you made now live in one list. A food you cooked keeps its own weight, so any portion of it scales. The logger puts search where you look for it and shows what you logged recently before you start typing. Findings now name both rates. "You logged bloating after 5 of the 6 meals with onion and after 4 of the 12 without it" tells you what a single number never could. A note underneath shows how those meals were counted. Foods that always turn up together are reported as one finding, because your log cannot tell them apart yet. Set a pattern aside and it returns only if the answer has changed. Meals eaten close together now count as one sitting. A dessert after dinner no longer reads as a second meal in your timing. Scans read a plate more carefully. A pizza is a base with its toppings rather than one opaque row. A preparation such as roasted or fried survives the match. Gums, thickeners and emulsifiers can now be flagged as suspects. Plus a more readable insight card and clearer labels throughout.
