MorningHello helps you stay connected with loved ones without making a daily phone call feel like an obligation.
Start with a gentle daily ritual: check in to say “I’m OK,” notice how you feel, and discover your postcard of the day. Add a personal wish and send it to someone you care about.
PEACE OF MIND, EVEN WHEN THE APP IS CLOSED
Choose a check-in interval of 24, 48, or 72 hours and add a trusted contact. After you check in, the app shows whether the server received your update and when your next check-in is due. If you miss it, the server can alert a confirmed contact, even when the app is closed.
A NEW POSTCARD TO BRIGHTEN THE DAY
Each successful check-in opens a postcard chosen for the day. It might be a morning wish, a seasonal image, or a holiday greeting based on your preferences. Add your own words and share the finished image through an app installed on your iPhone.
Want to choose a card yourself? Explore the postcard catalog, with collections featuring flowers, pets, morning coffee, seasonal scenes, desserts, and celebrations. You can turn Protestant, Orthodox Christian, Catholic, and Jewish holiday postcards on or off in the app’s settings.
A MOMENT TO CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF
Record how calm or anxious you feel and see how your feelings change over 7 or 30 days. When you feel anxious, find supportive tips and try the guided box-breathing exercise. Your emotional ratings stay on your device and are never shared with your trusted contacts.
