Cost, timeline & AI renders
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
New: price any unit — apartment, villa, office or shop — from bare brick to turnkey, with kitchen, A/C and furniture, and a guided step-by-step setup. Still free.
A bare-brick apartment? A villa that needs a full renovation? A shop or clinic to fit out? Tashteeby prices the whole project in seconds at current Cairo or Riyadh market rates — finishing, kitchen, air conditioning and furniture — with the expected duration, a full bill of quantities, and an AI Plan Studio that shows your unit finished before you buy a single tile.
New: price any project
• Guided step-by-step setup: service, unit type, condition, area, finish level, ceilings, kitchen, A/C and furniture — the total updates with every answer
• 5 services: finishing only, finishing + kitchen, finishing + furniture, turnkey (ready to move in), or rental-ready investment
• 10 unit types: apartment, villa, townhouse, twin house, studio, office, shop, restaurant, clinic and pharmacy — with typical sizes and the lines each type needs
• Current condition: red brick (plastering included), plastered only, semi-finished, old finishing (strip-out and debris removal included), or finished and needing furniture
• Ceilings: paint only, simple gypsum, gypsum with hidden lighting, or luxury gypsum
• Kitchen: MDF, HPL, acrylic, natural wood or imported, per linear metre with the worktop
• Air conditioning: 1–2 or 3–5 split units, or central
• Furniture: basic, full, luxury or ultra luxury — plus appliances, lighting and curtains for turnkey units
• The result shows finishing works separately from the kitchen, A/C and furniture

Choose your market — Cairo in EGP or Riyadh in SAR — with a fully right-to-left interface and an easy-on-the-eyes dark mode.
Figures are estimated market averages for guidance, not a contractor's quote, and the expected duration is a computed estimate with one crew per trade, not a schedule commitment. Confirm with your contractor and suppliers before you sign.
