Make a 3, 5, or 7-day promise to break a bad habit. Check in daily, grow a plant, and watch small wins become a garden of progress.
Keep a small promise. Grow something new.
GrowGrow turns a small promise into a plant you can nurture. Choose one promise for 3, 5, or 7 days—reduce something you want less of, or build something positive you want more of.
Check in once each day. As you keep your promise, your plant grows. The plants you help grow become part of your Garden, creating a visual record of your progress.
Choose from ready-made promises such as:
• Less Social Media
• Read Every Day
• Less Snacking
• Walk Every Day
• No Phone Before Bed
• Drink More Water
• Go to Bed Earlier
Or create a promise of your own.
FEATURES
• Simple daily check-ins
• 3-, 5-, and 7-day promises
• Preset and custom promises
• Plants that grow as you keep your promise
• A personal Garden of completed promises
• Guest access with optional Sign in with Apple
• Progress available across devices when signed in
GrowGrow Pro is available as a one-time purchase. It unlocks every plant, 5- and 7-day promises, and up to six active promises at once. No subscription.
Start small. Keep showing up. Grow something new.
