Delaware, New Hampshire, Ohio and Utah: your association's own document still prints the old 12 percent body fat floor. Rules and fueling now quotes it, with its link and the date we read it, and says the app uses the NFHS 19 percent for 2026-27. Your certified assessor's number always wins. VoiceOver reads the tab bar as five tabs, each field by its label and the shortlist star by its school, and says when a choice is selected. Setup that asks who you are. The first time you open the app, it asks who is holding the phone: I wrestle, I coach, I'm a parent, or I follow the sport. Then your state, and for a wrestler, your class from your state's own set, your style and your team. There is no login and no date of birth, every step can be skipped, and nothing you enter leaves your phone. You can change your role on Profile. Today fits your role. A wrestler's Today is unchanged: the next meet, the class you are legal at, and the safety flags. A coach, a parent or a fan opens on the club instead: the latest brief, the wrestler of the day, your state's high school row, and the way into clubs, events and the record. Your state's weight classes. States choose among three NFHS weight-class sets, and fifteen of them wrestle a set other than the 14-class one. The assessment now offers the classes your state actually has. If an assessment you saved earlier used a different set, the app shows the mismatch and offers the correction. It never changes a saved number without your tap. Your state first. High school and Events open on your state, with every other state still listed after it, and the Club menu names your state. Season says whose record it is for anyone who does not compete. Head-to-head. Season lists each named opponent in the seasons you can open, with your record against each one. Tap an opponent to see those matches. Records stay separate by style. The 2026-27 NFHS rule changes. The Rules screen opens with this season's three in-match changes and their rule numbers: wider recovery time, the four calls when wrestling stops out of bounds, and a bye that does not count as a match. The Next Meet widget. Add it to your home screen in small or medium for your next meet, the countdown and your record. The medium size adds the class you are legal at today.
