Put them on your lock screen and let them find you. WRITTEN, NOT GENERATED Every line was written and read by a person before it shipped. 1,520 of them in English. The Russian corpus is written in Russian rather than translated, with correct grammatical agreement — the thing machine translation gets wrong roughly half the time, and the reason most affirmation apps read strangely in Russian. YOU WON'T SEE THE SAME LINE TWICE FOR 60 DAYS Repetition is what makes an affirmations app feel empty after a fortnight. Vera remembers every line it has shown you and does not come back to it. A new switch in Settings, under Your data: share usage statistics, or don't. It is on by default, and it counts which screens get opened and which features get used, so we can tell which parts of Vera are worth building on next. It never sends what you write. That is not a promise we are keeping carefully — the app has no way to send it. Turn the switch off and reporting stops immediately. The privacy policy has been rewritten to say exactly what is and is not sent.
