Breathe, read today’s line, seal your intention. Supportive words written around your own life, and a coach to talk things through when a day feels heavy. Manastra writes you a handful of affirmations each day — not generic quotes, but lines shaped around the areas you’re actually working on, the mood you’re in, and the people who matter to you. A NINETY-SECOND EVENING RITUAL Breathe, read today’s line, seal your intention. That’s it. Short enough to keep on the days you don’t feel like it, which are the days it counts. A STAR MAP INSTEAD OF A STREAK COUNTER Every ritual adds a star. Miss a day and nothing shouts at you — you have wish tokens for the days life gets in the way. Consistency should feel like something you’re building, not a debt you owe. A COACH THAT ANSWERS Stuck, or flat before a hard morning? Say it in your own words and get a few lines written for that moment, not a menu of canned advice. The coach is an AI for everyday motivation; it is not a substitute for professional support. SIX LANGUAGES, PROPERLY English, Türkçe, Español, Português, Deutsch and Français — the whole app, including the voice that reads your affirmations aloud. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE This is the part we’d want to know as users, so we’ll be specific. Your name, the names of your children and the people close to you, your city, your work — all of it lives on your device and is never uploaded. When affirmations are generated, only anonymized signals leave your phone: your focus areas, your mood, an age range. The real names are filled in afterwards, by your phone. An account is optional and carries only your subscription and your identity. NO DARK PATTERNS No fake countdowns, no invented reviews, no permission requests without a reason. The paywall tells you what you get, what it costs and how to cancel — and the free version stays genuinely usable. Manastra is for adults (18+). Manastra Pro unlocks a fresh deck whenever you want it, daily coach conversations (fair use) and your choice of reading voice. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are available; a 3-day free trial is offered where eligible. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in your app store account. Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Before the coach sends your first message, Manastra now asks for your consent and explains exactly where it goes; you can withdraw it anytime in Settings → Privacy. If a message suggests you may be in crisis, the coach now shows support contacts instead of a reply. Also: rate the app from Settings, more accurate reminders and small fixes.
