New in StayPut 1.6: a smarter disarm control lets you choose whether to end protection or continue with another cycle — all from one simple gesture. StayPut turns your iPhone or iPad into a simple motion alarm, with Apple Watch support for quick control from your wrist. Slide to arm, place your device where you want to detect movement, and StayPut waits until it has remained still before becoming Armed. If the device is moved once Armed, StayPut sounds the alarm. Use it with your bag at the beach, luggage while travelling, a bicycle, a hotel-room door, your desk, or anywhere you want an audible warning when something moves. READY-MADE PROFILES Choose from Beach Day, Pub & Café, Hotel Room, Backpack, Bike Stop, Home Guard and Office Desk. Each Profile comes with protection settings and sounds already configured. Use it as-is, customise it, or create your own. AUTO PROTECT Auto Protect controls trusted quick disarms such as Apple Watch. With Auto Protect on, StayPut can return to Waiting for Stillness and begin another protection cycle automatically. With Auto Protect off, protection ends. On iPhone and iPad, choose End Protection or Continue Protection. Continue returns StayPut to Waiting for Stillness. Auto Disarm always ends the current protection run. APPLE WATCH Use the StayPut Apple Watch companion to check status and control StayPut from your wrist. Arm and disarm, trigger StayPut Emergency, launch StayPut from a Watch-face complication, and use the StayPut SOS control in Apple Watch Control Centre. When you disarm from Apple Watch, Auto Protect determines whether StayPut continues or ends protection. SIMPLE TO USE • Choose a Profile • Slide to arm • Put your device in place • StayPut waits until it remains still • Once Armed, movement can trigger the alarm • On iPhone or iPad, choose whether to end or continue protection • Authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID to disarm FLEXIBLE PROTECTION Configure Stillness Before Armed, Alarm Delay, Auto-Rearm, Auto Disarm, Auto Protect, Motion Sensitivity, Heartbeat interval, alarm sounds and heartbeat sounds. SOUNDS Choose included alarm and heartbeat sounds or create your own using your device's microphone. Sounds can be renamed, replaced and reused across Profiles. CONTROL CENTRE Add StayPut to Control Centre for quick access. Use the standard StayPut control or start protection with a saved Profile. REMOTE ALERTS StayPut Pro can send movement notifications to linked StayPut devices. For example, leave an iPad protecting your belongings and receive a Remote Alert on your iPhone if movement is detected. Receiving Remote Alerts is free — the receiving device does not need StayPut Pro. Alerts may also appear on connected devices such as Apple Watch, depending on notification settings. Remote Alerts are notifications — the audible alarm continues locally on the protected device. BACKGROUND MONITORING Once protection starts, StayPut is designed to continue operating while your device is locked or the app is in the background. Auto-Rearm can return StayPut to Armed after movement stops. HEARTBEAT During active protection, StayPut can make a subtle periodic heartbeat sound, confirming it is still active. AUDIO OUTPUT StayPut shows the current alarm output. If connected to an external audio device such as a Bluetooth speaker, StayPut uses the output selected by iOS. STAYPUT FREE Free includes Profiles, Auto Protect, protection settings and custom sounds. Free protection is limited to 2 minutes per protection cycle. STAYPUT PRO StayPut Pro unlocks: • Up to 24 hours protection per cycle • Remote Alerts to your other devices • Profiles that run for their intended duration One payment. Pro forever. No subscription. StayPut is an additional audible deterrent and movement alert. It does not provide remote tracking or theft recovery and is not a replacement for physical locks, secure storage, hotel security systems, bicycle locks, or other appropriate security measures.
