You pour a little in from bottles you love, pour a glass out now and then, and over months it becomes something only you have: a running average of your own taste. Your house blend. Thief & Blend keeps the books. WHAT IT DOES Every pour in, every pour out, every splash of water is an entry in a ledger. From that ledger the app computes what your bottle actually is right now: the live proof, the exact composition, the blended mash bill, and how much of the very first pour is still in there. Type a pour and watch the proof move before you commit it. The headroom readout goes further: "you can add 3.4 oz of Booker's before crossing 110." Nobody does that math in their head at nine at night with a bottle in the other hand. A LEDGER, NOT A NOTEBOOK Everything is stored as pours rather than totals, which means you can edit any entry ever made and the whole bottle recalculates instantly. Fix entry 12 without deleting 13 through 47. No cascading deletes, no starting over, no slowdown at two hundred entries. THE SHIP OF THESEUS Replace every plank of a ship and is it the same ship? Your bottle lives that question. The meter tracks what percentage of each original pour physically remains, correct even across splits and merges. When the last drop of the first whiskey finally leaves, the app marks the day.
