Salon Payday works out what every technician takes home, so payday stops being a spreadsheet and a calculator at nine at night. Close out each day as it happens — what each person rang up, their tips — and payday adds itself up. A CALENDAR THAT SHOWS THE MONEY Every day on the month grid carries what the shop earned that day. Tap a day to fill it in, and tap it again to fix it when a number was wrong — any day, however far back. The days in the pay period you are in now are shaded, so you can see at a glance what payday is adding up. EVERY WAY A SALON ACTUALLY PAYS • Commission at any split • Booth rent • A fixed amount per day worked Each technician sits on their own arrangement. You do not have to pretend the whole shop is paid the same way. TIPS COUNTED ONCE, NEVER TWICE Card tips the salon still owes get paid out. Cash tips already in someone's pocket show up for their records and are not paid again. DEDUCTIONS OFF THE RIGHT NUMBER A product charge can be a fixed amount or a percent of services, and it comes off before the split rather than after. IT SHOWS ITS WORK Tap any technician for a line-by-line breakdown: earned, tips, deductions, take-home. When someone asks why their pay is what it is, the answer is on the screen. YOUR NUMBERS STAY ON YOUR PHONE No account, no sign-up, no server. Everything is stored on your own device and keeps working with the wifi down. ENGLISH AND VIETNAMESE The app follows your phone's language, and you can switch it yourself in Settings without changing anything on the phone. FREE, AND PRO Free for up to four technicians. Pro is $9.99 a year and adds unlimited technicians, CSV export for your accountant, and every past pay period kept instead of just the current one. Salon Payday is a calculator that remembers.
