Easier to scrub The bar under the video has a dot you can drag now, so you do not have to land exactly on the line. Better for beginners Pick a level and a topic with nothing at that level, and the feed used to give you harder clips. Now it keeps you at your level and changes the topic instead. Widgets Put one of your saved words on your Lock Screen, or a card of them on your Home Screen with arrows to flick through. Tap a word to open it in the app. Words due for review come first, then whatever you saved most recently. A better word sheet Tap a word in the captions and the sheet opens on what it means in that line, with the dictionary senses under it. Two more tabs: Explain, a short reading of the word in its sentence, and Examples, other clips and sentences that use it. Words you tap are saved for you, and the bookmark takes them back out. Words you add yourself Every saved word opens on its own screen now, and you can add a word by typing it, from the dictionary or a lookup, without waiting to hear it in a clip. Also in this release The largest text sizes fit across the app. A "Heard in" example opens its clip on its own screen and brings you back to the word. The first-run tour has five steps and waits for you. The feed mixes clips across channels and keeps your place when it refreshes.

Achievements A named ladder of the things you have actually done. No points and no levels, and nothing nags you about a streak. Your first session is hand picked Tell us what you are into during setup and the feed opens with clips chosen for those topics. K-dramas Drama is its own topic now, so picking it brings back the broadcast clips and variety shows the catalog actually has. Better Korean captions Fewer mishearings across the catalog, and lines that break where the sentence lets them. Also in this release A taller caption panel. Clips loop instead of stopping at the end. A clip that will not play gets skipped instead of asking you to tap. Tapping a word pauses the video until you are done reading. There is a community board in the Me tab now if you want to report a bug or ask for a feature, and you can report or block anything on it you would rather not see. And a new app icon.
