Build a city that actually works, then turn it into a logistics empire — with or without a signal.
Apex City is a city builder with a real simulation underneath. Every home has residents who need power, water, schools and a safe street. Lay roads, zone districts, build utilities and services, and watch traffic, blackouts and crime emerge from your layout rather than from random events. Fix the water shortage you created, then redesign the district that caused it.
WHAT YOU DO
• Zone residential, commercial and industrial districts and watch them grow in density.
• Run power, water and waste collection. Brownouts and jams are outcomes of your plan, not luck.
• Build schools, clinics, fire and police stations, and keep your citizens happy.
• Collect production and taxes in two-minute check-ins, or sit down for a thirty-minute redesign.
TRANSPORT IS THE ENDGAME
• Open an airport, a seaport and a rail network. Add bus and metro lines and a trucking fleet.
• Feed sawmills, refineries and factories into cargo routes and passenger lines.
• Sign logistics contracts and ship goods to other mayors on player-to-player routes.
• From level 8 onward, moving goods and people becomes the heart of your economy.
PLAY TOGETHER
• Visit other mayors, send gifts and help with timers.
• Join an alliance of up to 50 players and compete in weekly events and seasons.
• Leaderboards reward cooperation. There is no sabotage and no raiding.
FAIR BY DESIGN
• Everything in the game is earnable with coins. Purchases are optional and never required to progress.
• Gems buy time and cosmetics only. There are no loot boxes and no paid random items.
• No advertising. This release contains no advertising SDK at all.
PLAY OFFLINE
• Play on a plane, on the metro, in a lift, anywhere. Your city keeps running and syncs the moment you reconnect.
• Sign in once with a connection and offline play unlocks. After that the app opens with no signal at all.
• Everything you build offline is saved on your device and sent automatically the next time you are online.
• No connection is needed to lay a road, zone a district or collect a shop. The city simulates on your device.
ON IPHONE AND IPAD
Apex City runs full screen on iPhone and takes the whole iPad display, where the extra room goes to the map rather than to bigger buttons. Sign in with Apple, sign in with Google, or use an email address — or play as a guest and sign in whenever you like. The same account, the same city and the same wallet also work in any desktop or mobile browser.
APEX CITY VIP — OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION
• Apex City VIP is an auto-renewing subscription at US$4.99 per month. It is entirely optional and nothing in the game requires it.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel it at any time in Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

Every vehicle now travels the city you built: aircraft taxi and take off on your runway, lorries drive your streets, buses run real lines, trains leave along their platforms. A lit airfield at night, contrails, take-off and landing sounds. New: the live world map with a Follow camera for every flight and voyage. Long haul needs a real airport. Graphics auto-tune on first load. Transport in Arabic.
