Pedalcast is a cycling computer that talks to you.
Ride with your phone in your pocket and hear the time — and how far you have gone — out loud, at whatever interval you set. No watch to wear, no screen to unlock, no realising an hour later that you should have turned back.
WHAT IT SAYS, AND WHEN
• "It's 3:45 PM", every 1, 2, 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes
• Or add the distance covered, or a full summary with elapsed time, average speed and current speed
• Keeps talking with the screen locked and the phone in your pocket
• Comes through connected Bluetooth headphones, ducking your music instead of stopping it

RECORDS THE WHOLE RIDE
• Route, distance, moving and elapsed time, average and top speed, elevation gain
• Auto-pause at traffic lights, with thresholds you control
• Live Activity on the Lock Screen, widgets on the Home Screen, and "Start ride" from Siri
• Drops GPS accuracy while you are paused and switches it off between rides, so the battery lasts the ride
• Sends finished rides to Apple Health as cycling workouts
EXPORT, YOUR WAY
• Share a summary card with your route drawn on it
• Export GPX and CSV — files any training app that reads GPX will accept
• Choose the date and time the exported file carries. Your ride's own record, its statistics and its Health workout stay exactly as recorded; only the copy you export moves on the calendar. Upload tonight's ride tomorrow, next week, or dated to suit you.

Morning Ride, Commute, Weekend Long Ride — an entire configuration (interval, what it announces, auto-pause, units) in one tap. Starting a ride from a widget or from Siri always uses your current settings.
