Maderas Barber has been supplying wood to instrument makers since 1969. This is our official store.
WHAT YOU WILL FIND
• Tonewoods: tops, backs, sides, necks and fingerboards, in the species and grades you already know.
• Luthier tools: gouges, chisels, planes, clamps and everything else that lives on the bench.
• Finishes: varnishes, shellac, oils, stains and abrasives.
• Parts and fittings: tuners, frets, strings, bridges and hardware.
• One-off pieces: singular cuts that exist only once.
YOUR PRICE, NOT JUST ANY PRICE
If you hold a professional or dealer account, the app shows your prices and your terms, the same as on the website. You can browse the whole catalogue without signing up; an account is only needed to buy.
PREPARATION SERVICES
Many woods can be dried, calibrated or bought by photo. You add these on the product page, alongside the piece itself, and it arrives at your bench ready to work.
WOOD WITH PAPERWORK
We work with species protected under the CITES convention and with FSC certification. Each product page states what applies, so you know what you are buying and what documentation travels with it.
HOW IT WORKS
• Search by name, species or reference.
• Check dimensions, availability and real photos.
• Add to cart from the list or from the product page.
• Pay by card or PayPal, in a secure environment.
• Track your orders and download your invoices.
Available in Spanish, English, French, German and Italian.
