Vehicle Inspections Your mechanics can now work through a full checklist on the tablet — brakes, tyres, fluids, lights and more — marking each item green, amber or red, recording measurements, and photographing anything that needs attention. Your customer gets a clear report led by what needs doing, with the photographs attached. Open any vehicle and you'll see: • What you bought it for • What you've spent on it since • What it has really cost you • What the sale actually leaves Categories are yours. Tap a suggestion, or type whatever fits — "front left headlight" is as valid as "Repairs". The detail goes alongside it, so you can look back and see exactly what the money went on.

A rebuilt service catalogue, and invoices that finally separate parts from labour. PARTS AND LABOUR, TOLD APART Every catalogue item is now either a part or labour, so a quotation and an invoice show what the parts cost and what the work cost, each with its own subtotal. Until now "Battery replacement" was a single line charging for both together. YOUR OWN CATEGORIES The catalogue is no longer limited to Oils and Services. Group your price list the way you think about it — Tyres, Brakes, Filters, Lubricants, Suspension — and add categories of your own. SOLD BY THE LITRE, THE HOUR, OR EACH Quantities read as 4.5 L or 0.5 hr rather than a bare number, and labour can be billed in half hours. TYRES AND BATTERIES Tyres are in the catalogue for the first time, priced per size, and batteries are priced per capacity — so a 225/45 R17 no longer bills the same as a 185/65 R15. SET YOUR PRICES Tap any price on the catalogue screen to change it. CAR DOCUMENTS Attach photos and PDFs — registration, service history, inspection reports — to a showroom vehicle. ONLY WHAT YOU HAVE BOUGHT The app shows only the modules your workshop has enabled, rather than offering screens that returned an error. Changes to your modules or your role now take effect without signing out.

• Revvio now runs on iPhone as well as iPad. • Record how an invoice was paid — cash, card, bank transfer or cheque — with part payments, the balance still owed, and a correction that leaves the original record intact. Set up the methods your workshop uses under Payment Methods. • Invoices now show the subtotal and the tax separately, so the total matches the items above it, and each one is titled correctly as a tax invoice, a simplified tax invoice, or an invoice. • The quotation your customer signs now shows the subtotal and tax as well, so the figure they approve is one they can check. • Accounts: mark a cost as repeating every month and it is counted for you each month. Fixed costs and one-off costs are shown separately, along with what the month has to earn to break even. • Fixed: dates appeared a day early in some places — a registration expiring on the 1st showed as the last day of the previous month.
