TeamRoomie keeps everything a WG (shared flat) juggles - chores, shared money,
the fridge, repairs, the lease - on the roomies' OWN phones. Other apps put your
flatmates' schedules, expenses and contacts on someone else's servers.
TeamRoomie has no servers at all - so there's nothing to leak, sell, or get
hacked.

EVERYTHING YOUR WG NEEDS, IN ONE APP
- Cleaning rota (Putzplan) - a rotating board that takes turns automatically, so
it's always clear whose week it is.
- WG-Kasse - shared expenses with fair splits, who-owes-whom, one-tap settle-up,
payment details and shareable receipts.
- Recurring bills - rent, internet, streaming, electricity: set once, auto-split
into the Kasse every month.
- Repairs - report a house damage with a photo; the Lead costs it and splits it
fairly; everyone sees only their share.
- Shared calendar, to-dos & lists - events, house meetings, shopping and custom
checklists.
- Fridge, borrowing & rooms - track food (low / use-soon), who lent or borrowed
what, and who has which room.
- House rules & votes - agree the Hausordnung together and vote on WG decisions.
- Private Lead area - a separately encrypted zone (FaceID/PIN) for the lease
(Mietvertrag), the full key register, the rent records, private notes and a
password & document vault. These records never sync to a roomie's device.
- My Room - each roomie's personal dashboard: their rent, keys, balance, chores
and to-dos at a glance. So this works offline, the Lead's phone publishes a
short rent summary into the WG's shared data, and the app shows each roomie
their own.
SYNCS WITHOUT A CLOUD
Use it on every roomie's phone. TeamRoomie syncs directly between your own
devices over your home Wi-Fi - peer to peer, encrypted, never through the
internet. On the go, you can share an AES-256-encrypted backup yourself. No
account, no server, no cloud. Works on every phone in the same WG.
FAIR BY DESIGN
The Lead Roomie (whoever set up the WG) keeps the lease and private records; every
roomie sees their own money, chores and room - and only what's shared with all.
