PrizGate is the everyday app for people who live in a gated society — and for the team at the gate who keeps it running.
Approve a visitor before they arrive. Check whether the plumber has left. Pay this month's maintenance. Raise a complaint about the lift and follow it until it is fixed. Sell the sofa you no longer need. It is all in one place, and it all stays inside your own society.
VISITORS AND THE GATE
- See today's entries at a glance: who is expected, who is inside and who has already left.
- Approve or decline a visitor from your phone, so nobody is kept waiting at the gate.
- Guests, deliveries and cabs are logged as they come and go, with the time of each entry.
YOUR HOUSEHOLD
- Give family members their own access, so anyone at home can approve a visitor.
- Keep your daily help and your vehicles on record for a faster wave-through at the gate.
- Add more than one home — a second flat, a villa or an office — and switch between them.
DAILY HELP
- Find maids, cooks, drivers, nannies and other help already working in your society.
- Add the ones who work for you, and see their check-in and check-out times for the day.
NOTICES AND COMMUNITY POSTS
- Society notices from the committee, in the order they were posted.
- Share a post with your neighbours, with a photo if you want one.
HELP DESK
- Raise a complaint as personal or as a community issue, with a category, a location and photos.
- Mark it urgent when it cannot wait.
- Every ticket keeps its number and its status, so you always know where it stands.
BUY AND SELL
- A marketplace for your own society: furniture, appliances, vehicles, services and more.
- List an item in three steps, with pictures, a price or a giveaway, and a pickup location.
- Homes to rent or buy within the society, from the people who live there.
MAINTENANCE AND BILLS
- Your maintenance bills and their due dates, with a record of what has been paid.
EMERGENCY
- Raise an alarm to the guards, to your neighbours, or to both, when something needs attention now.
- Society emergency numbers and the committee's contacts, one tap from a call.
DIRECTORY
- Committee members, emergency contacts and the society's own numbers.
- Look up a vehicle parked where it should not be.
FOR THE SECURITY TEAM
PrizGate is also built for the gate. Guards start and end a shift, log visitors in and out, check daily-help staff in and out, run patrol rounds by scanning checkpoints, and raise an emergency alarm to residents — all from the same app.
PRIVACY
Your society's information stays with your society. Phone numbers are not handed out from the app; a neighbour's number comes from the directory, under their own consent. Notifications keep you informed about your visitors, your tickets and your society's notices.
GETTING STARTED
PrizGate works with societies that have signed up for it. Sign in with your mobile number, add your flat, and the committee approves it — then everything above is available to you.
