Selling is clearer this time round. Your Selling tab now sorts the way you want it, every active listing shows when it comes off the marketplace, and the fee is one plain line rather than a breakdown. You'll also get a heads-up before a listing is about to run out, so nothing disappears on you by surprise. Fixed: circle member lists were hiding people. Where a lot of members had joined in the same moment, some of them never showed up in the list at all. Everyone appears now. Hosts can choose who starts posts. In a circle you host you can leave posting open to everyone, as it is today, or keep new posts to the people you pick. Replies and reactions are unchanged for everybody either way. Founding members now see where they stand, and if you go to cancel we spell out what you'd be giving up before you do it. Also in this release: your founding place reaches your account whichever order you registered and signed up in, and a membership bought through Apple stays in step if the subscription lapses.

• Join a circle by scanning its QR code. Show a circle's code from the invite panel or the members screen, save it to Photos, share it or print it. Scanning with the phone's camera opens Kinli at that circle, and there's a scanner in the invite panel too. A scan asks the host by default; a host can switch it to join at once. Reset the code to stop every printed copy working. • Ask Kinli has been rebuilt on its final design. It searches every circle you're in by default, and remembers where you left off so you can dip in and out. • Ask Kinli now reads the replies under the posts it finds, so a recommendation buried in a reply counts as an answer. • Search finds a post by its replies as well as its own words. • On a paid plan, Ask Kinli and Kinli Radar can look beyond your circles — at circles near the place you asked about, and at businesses endorsed elsewhere that cover your area. Your own circles always come first, and posts rank above businesses. • A misspelt place is understood: asking about "Whitney" finds Witney. • Kinli Radar has been restyled to match Ask Kinli, with listings as compact marketplace rows that open straight away. • Slate blue now means "this is a business" throughout the app. • The background behind your posts on Home is off-white again, and the message thread, an open post's replies and a listing's lower half all sit on that same quiet ground. • Membership colours match the ring everywhere — moss, terracotta and gold. • A listing collected "within a circle" shows that circle's area on the map. • Signing out now forgets the phone's notification token, so a signed-out phone stops receiving that member's notifications — and the next member to sign in starts getting theirs without relaunching. • Fixes to the launch screen and to a blank screen some devices could see on opening. • Circle Details now says whether a circle is public or private. • A circle's member settings have moved behind a cog in the header, so the members list is less cluttered. • Every post type now has its own icon throughout the app — an ask, a share (a lightbulb) and something for sale each look distinct at a glance. • A post whose edit window has closed no longer opens the editor. • Lots of smaller fixes and tidying.

• Endorse a business straight from a contact card someone has shared in your circle, and tap its name to open its profile. • Start a circle now shows on every account. If your membership doesn't cover hosting yet, it says so and offers the free Founder trial. • Paid features tell you what they come with when you meet them, and the upgrade button opens the membership that unlocks it. • On a trial, the composer and the trial-ending screen now tell you how many asks you'll have once it finishes. • Referrals that come from sharing your invite link no longer use up your monthly referral allowance. • With your phone on its side, the far edge keeps a margin and the post button sits clear of the feed. • Tapping the menu with your phone on its side now fades between screens instead of nudging the page sideways. • Narrower screens: Your Book cards, the Filter and Sort pills, and long names and prices now fit instead of running off the edge — and closing Sort or Filter fades the row shut instead of sliding the pills in under the search button. • Lots of smaller fixes and tidying.

• Buy now: buy any listing at the asking price in one tap. Sellers can now choose whether to accept offers. • Tapping a reply or post notification opens that post in its own circle. • Everyone in a circle hears when someone new joins. • Once you've said hello to a new member, the Say hello button goes away. • The welcome screen shows your real trial dates and price, and founding members are let into their circle. • Your membership is managed in the store that bills it, and you'll never be charged twice. • iPhone: no more error screen when the app wakes while your phone is locked. • Android: forms and messages stay above the keyboard, maps work, avatars sit inside their rings, and pull-to-refresh works. • Kinli Radar updates properly when something new answers your ask. • Lots of smaller fixes and tidying.

New Your money, in the app. A new Money screen for sellers shows what you’ve earned this year and all time, with a list of sales. It shows your payout balance split into clearing, ready and on hold, with the reason for each. It also shows your bank (name and last four digits), your KS- seller reference and a way to get help. Set up payouts without leaving Kinli. Withdraw button, with a confirm step that shows the exact fee before you agree. Collection pin follows your address. It drops itself where your address is, unless you’ve placed it by hand. The map now moves when you save. Your Ask allowance. The composer shows how many Asks you have left this month. Circle setting: hosts can stop anyone but hosts and co-hosts inviting people in. Leave a circle from Manage circle, including as a co-host. Tidy finished sales: a finished sale’s card in a conversation can be dismissed with an ×. Selling tab: the ⋮ menu now lets you open the conversations about a listing.

Kinli now fits an iPad. The menu becomes a rail down the side, posts read in a proper column instead of running the width of the screen, the marketplace and Your Book become grids, and tapping a post, a listing or the bell opens it in a panel beside what you were reading. Turn your iPhone sideways. The menu stands up as a slim bar down the edge with every destination showing, and the ＋ moves to the bottom corner. Posts look like posts. A cleaner coloured band, the type as an outlined label rather than a block of colour, and every card now ends in the colour it started with. An open post finally matches the card you tapped. Longer posts read in the feed without tapping into them. Ask Kinli never sends your name anywhere. Your name, your neighbours' names and your circle's name no longer leave for Kinli's AI provider. Plus the real iOS glass material on the menu bar, and a lot of fixes — including "Worth a look" rows that did nothing when tapped, and the window that used to rotate itself whenever you opened something.

REACT THE WAY YOU MEAN IT Six more reactions - congratulations, well done, love this, hello, me too, count me in — on a second row under the six you already have, which haven't moved. Tap the outline heart and the whole set opens, rather than putting a heart down and making you change it. Press and hold anywhere on a post to react without hunting for the heart. Every emoji is now a full-size target with room around it, so the edge of one can't catch the one beside it. And your own face stays on a reaction you've just given. ALL NEW HANDLES Claim a Kinli handle and it appears under your name. MESSAGES Sending is super fast. The composer empties properly when you send: an autocorrect still in flight used to leave your words in the box, which made it easy to send twice. Copy text out of a message. Back from a DM goes back. MARKETPLACE Sort by newest, cheapest, most expensive or A–Z - across everything for sale. Search now live. Blended circles now show on marketplace. WORTH A LOOK In a blended feed it says which circle a post came from, and Catch up covers your whole blend. ACTIVITY FEED A bell in the home header shows when something's waiting. It accumulates until you clear it rather than emptying because you glanced at it, and every row opens the thing it's about. The daily reaction roundup names who reacted instead of saying "someone". CIRCLES Find a circle to join from Your Circles. Announcements from every circle, as a swipeable gallery. Replies can be edited, deleted and reported. Blending a circle in shows its posts straight away; unblending removes all of them. NEEDS THIS BUILD Paste a picture into a post, a reply or a message — copy a screenshot anywhere on your phone and a Paste button appears in the composer. ALSO Ask, Share and Offer carry an icon, so the kind of post reads at a glance rather than by colour alone. Sort a thread newest or oldest first. Change your name from Account details. Updates to v178 Messages now arrive as messages from a person — with the sender's name and photo, so you can tell at a glance who it is, and let your circle through a Focus mode when everything else is quiet. A photo sent in a message shows the photo. Also in this version: • A bell in the feed shows when something's happened — an invitation, circle news, a host removing a post. Tap a row and it opens the thing it's about, straight away. • A host can pin an announcement to the top of the circle. If you're in more than one, swipe between them. • You can edit or delete your own reply now, and report someone else's. • Tapping a message notification opens that conversation, with its messages already there. • The feed no longer gets stuck if your connection drops mid-load. It keeps trying, and paints as soon as it can. • If your phone is online but still can't reach Kinli, the app says so and suggests why • Ask Kinli tells you what it's doing while it looks, and offers to turn your question into a post when your circle would answer it better. • A Paste button in the composer, when there's something on your clipboard. • Swipe away the "just joined" banner once you've welcomed someone. • Blocking someone clears them from everywhere at once, including marketplace offers. • Dates read the way they do where you are, and a business listing can carry a phone number from any country. • Notifications and Face ID are both optional, offered when you join, and easy to change your mind about later.
