Mizan reviews a contract clause by clause and shows what departs from the rules of fiqh al-muamalat — with a verbatim quotation from the source, the name of the book and the page number.
HOW THIS DIFFERS FROM ASKING A LANGUAGE MODEL
Mizan does not answer from itself. Every statement must rest on a verbatim quotation, and the server verifies that the quotation really exists in that book. Anything unconfirmed is discarded. If there is nothing in the sources to quote on your question, you get a refusal rather than a retelling: an invented reference to a book is worse than no answer at all.
WHAT IT DOES
- Contract review. Send a PDF, a Word file, plain text, or simply photograph the pages — Mizan reads the document and works through it clause by clause. For each clause: the verdict, an explanation in plain language, the quotation, and where appropriate a safer wording.
- Questions from the sources. The books found are shown first, and only then the verified answer. Unverified model prose is never displayed.
- Library of sources. The catalogue is honest: it lists only what is physically held. A page can be opened and read — the text, the translation and the scan itself.
- Inheritance shares. Calculated by the rules of faraid in exact fractions: hajb, awl, radd and the umariyyatan. Shares, percentages and, if you enter an amount, the sums.
- Contract templates. Ready forms to print and fill in by hand: loan, lease, instalment sale, bequest and others. A filled form comes back as a PDF.
ABOUT YOUR DOCUMENTS
Your contract is visible only to you. It is kept until you delete it — the service learns from submitted documents to read deals more accurately. No registration: you can check a contract without telling us anything about yourself.
